Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional customer service through warm interactions and product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness of espresso machines, brewing equipment, and service areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours
- Assist with inventory management and stocking of coffee/supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or customer service experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso fundamentals
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks
