- Process POS transactions accurately while upselling premium offerings
- Support inventory management and restocking of premium coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Train on seasonal promotions and new product launches
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months professional barista or food service experience
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and milk texturing
- Strong knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Basic POS system proficiency and cash handling experience
- Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
