Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks while maintaining quality standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems with precision

- Manage inventory and ensure cleanliness of all coffee equipment
- Collaborate with team to create a welcoming café atmosphere
- Train new staff on brewing techniques and customer protocols

Qualifications
- 1+ years of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude with excellent communication abilities
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US
- Reliable transportation to our Colorado Springs location
