Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages while maintaining quality standards
- Engage warmly with customers, recommend products, and build lasting relationships
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation protocols across all workstations
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless service
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Participate in monthly training sessions to refine coffee-making skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista or customer service experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods, bean varieties, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
