Responsibilities
- Execute specialty coffee preparation with precision and artistry
- Train and mentor junior baristas on brewing techniques and service standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and quality control of coffee beans and supplies
- Deliver personalized customer experiences through product knowledge and recommendations
- Oversee daily operations during peak hours while maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols
- Develop seasonal drink menus and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional barista experience with advanced espresso skills
- Latte art certification or demonstrable expertise
- Proven leadership ability in fast-paced service environments
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, and brewing methods
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Permit and ServeSafe certification preferred
