Responsibilities
- Expertly craft specialty coffee drinks using espresso machines and manual brewing techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace including equipment and service areas
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash/transactions efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and peak service times
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking of coffee, pastries, and supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and product differentiation
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and punctuality with consistent attendance
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and passion for coffee culture
