Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock room organization.
- Ensure the sales floor remains clean, safe, and well-stocked at all times.
- Resolve customer inquiries and process returns or exchanges promptly.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to get to the Boston location.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized.
