Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards to identify and engage passive talent.
- Conduct phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate pipelines.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates in the New York tech market.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or HR is preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.
