Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies to identify and engage passive candidates for technical roles.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Market Intelligence: Research market trends to understand salary benchmarks and talent availability.
- Client Communication: Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding candidate pipelines and status reports.
- Screening: Assess technical skills and cultural fit through structured interviews and assessments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and advanced search techniques.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated and able to work independently in a remote-first setting.
