Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing of candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
- Screen incoming resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for future open positions.
- Assist in the onboarding process by preparing candidate packets and orientation materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 9:00 PM) and weekends.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and internet research tools.
- Enthusiastic attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn the recruitment lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
