Responsibilities
- Screen and review resumes to identify top-tier technical talent for open positions.
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Post job descriptions on various platforms and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.
- Communicate effectively with candidates regarding job details, interview schedules, and next steps.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition (Technical background preferred).
- Strong understanding of technical roles, including Software Engineering, QA, and Data Science.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
