• Conduct market research to identify top talent pools.
• Screen and interview candidates via phone and video.
• Coordinate technical interviews with engineering and product teams.
• Manage candidate pipelines in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Build and maintain a robust network of tech professionals on LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and skills.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
