Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email during evening and weekend shifts.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and professionalism, aiming for a positive outcome.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the shift lead to ensure operational efficiency and service quality.
- Stay informed about product updates and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
