Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Assist customers via chat, email, and phone regarding products and services during evening and weekend hours.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical or account-related issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Ensure all customer tickets are resolved or escalated appropriately in a timely manner.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with support supervisors and peers to maintain operational standards.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous customer service or technical support experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends (e.g., 4 PM - 12 AM or 9 AM - 5 PM weekends).
- Equipment: A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
