Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via chat, email, and phone during evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST).
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues for a diverse client base.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to escalate complex tickets and suggest improvements.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer support, help desk, or technical assistance roles.
- Ability to work flexible evening schedules and occasional weekend shifts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
