Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency with typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
