Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone with a high degree of professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot product-related problems efficiently.
- Manage and update support tickets within our CRM system to ensure no request falls through the cracks.
- Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to report bugs and suggest improvements.
- Maintain a high satisfaction rating for all support interactions and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Document solutions for future reference and contribute to the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
- Access to a high-speed, stable internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is highly preferred.
- Ability to work part-time hours (approx. 20-25 hours per week) during core business hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
