- Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff promptly.
- Collaborate with the product team to identify common user pain points.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.
