- Provide detailed product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new team members and contribute to daily team briefings.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and improve overall customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar support role is preferred but not mandatory for high-performers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work part-time hours (approx. 20-25 hours per week), including weekends or evenings if required.
