Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM database with precision.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and offering effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the internal sales and support teams to streamline processes.
- Assist in training new part-time staff members on company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a strong plus.
