Responsibilities

- Process orders, returns, and refunds according to company policies.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for at least 20 hours per week, including some weekends or evenings.
