Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Process orders, manage accounts, and update customer information in the CRM system accurately.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the senior management team promptly.
- Conduct product training sessions and provide detailed explanations to clients regarding our services.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to all company service standards and scripts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to purchase.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or retail is highly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
