Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and containers using proper equipment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stock areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure all packages are correctly labeled and sorted.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Reliability: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the facility.
