Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts.

- Collaborate with the daytime team to ensure seamless service continuity.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Must be available to work Evening Shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and Weekends.
