Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes
- Ensure venue safety and emergency protocol compliance
- Coordinate vendor setup and operational logistics
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all attendees
- Manage crowd flow and resolve guest inquiries
- Execute post-event breakdown and cleanup procedures
- Report operational issues to event supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year event or hospitality experience
- Valid Florida driver's license (if driving required)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible schedule availability (nights/weekends)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (preferred)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs unassisted
