Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes with efficiency and professionalism
- Direct attendees to seating areas, concessions, and facilities using clear communication
- Monitor crowd flow and implement safety protocols during high-traffic periods
- Assist with venue setup, including seating arrangements, signage, and equipment placement
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with exceptional service
- Collaborate with security, vendors, and event coordinators for synchronized operations
- Conduct post-event cleanup and venue restoration to industry standards
Qualifications
- Must be available for immediate start and flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of crowd control and emergency procedures preferred
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
