Responsibilities
- Execute event setup/teardown including stage construction, AV equipment assembly, and décor installation
- Provide exceptional guest services including registration assistance, wayfinding, and attendee support
- Manage vendor coordination and inventory control for event materials
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency response procedures during live events
- Collect and analyze attendee feedback for continuous improvement
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise or ticket processing
- Maintain professional appearance while representing diverse client brands
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, retail, or event support roles
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills with multilingual abilities preferred
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to event venues
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency in event technology (registration systems, POS)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate manual handling equipment
- Positive attitude and problem-solving under pressure
