Responsibilities
- Safely walk 2-4 dogs simultaneously using proper leash handling techniques
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet owners via mobile app
- Monitor pets' behavior and health during walks
- Maintain accurate walk logs and incident reports
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for all weather conditions
- Build positive relationships with clients and their pets
- Transport pets to/from designated pickup locations when needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months professional dog handling experience
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Reliable transportation and smartphone
- Ability to walk 5+ miles daily in varying weather
- Basic pet first/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Passion for animal welfare and outdoor activities
- Background check clearance required
