Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously using proper leash techniques
- Monitor dog behavior and health during walks and report concerns
- Maintain accurate client records and scheduling via our mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate with pet owners
- Administer basic care (water breaks, waste cleanup) during walks
- Follow GPS routes and ensure timely arrival/departure
- Complete all paid training modules and certification requirements
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Passionate about animal welfare and responsible pet care
- Ability to handle dogs of various sizes and breeds
- Strong time management and punctuality skills
- Physical ability to walk outdoors in all weather conditions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to complete paid training program (40 hours)
- Valid Ohio driver's license and clean driving record (if driving)
