Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and professional networks, to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical talent, specifically in software development, IT support, and data analysis.
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and soft skills.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and quality of hire.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
