Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing displays in high-traffic areas
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation processes
- Contribute to team sales goals through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Attend weekly training sessions on new products and retail techniques
- Assist in store cleanliness and operational readiness
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university program
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Must be at least 16 years old
