Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Maintain a clean, organized checkout area to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock items.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in retail sales is a plus.
