- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets through upselling and loyalty program engagement
- Ensure store cleanliness and operational readiness during all business hours
- Participate in product training to stay current on seasonal collections and trends
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (15-25 hours/week)
