Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise deliveries in the warehouse and sales floor
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and proper FIFO compliance
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe working environments
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve stocking goals and operational targets
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock rotation
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
