Responsibilities
- Process customer payments accurately using POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and issue resolution
- Manage cash registers, reconcile daily transactions, and maintain secure cash handling protocols
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment in-store
- Process returns/exchanges following company policies
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Remotely schedule shifts and communicate availability via digital platforms
- Participate in ongoing training programs for product and system updates
Qualifications
