What You Will Do:

- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to outline a clear, actionable roadmap for the company through 2026, identifying key growth drivers and potential disruptions.
- Trend Analysis & Foresight: Monitor global technological, economic, and social trends to anticipate market shifts and position Apex Innovations as an industry leader.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and thought leaders to expand our influence and resource network.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to ensure alignment across product, engineering, marketing, and operations.
- Innovation Management: Champion a culture of innovation, fostering an environment where radical ideas are explored and tested.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and success metrics for long-term strategic initiatives and report on progress to the board of directors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or executive leadership within the tech industry.
