Responsibilities

- Produce white papers and thought leadership content on emerging innovations and future-proofing methodologies
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate breakthrough technologies aligned with 2026 market projections
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry foresight forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategic Planning, Business, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and climate tech disruption vectors
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or WFS) strongly preferred
