Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead executive workshops on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Design innovation roadmaps for clients across tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Produce high-impact deliverables: trend reports, scenario narratives, and strategic briefings
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present insights to C-suite executives and industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in technology forecasting and systemic change modeling
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy journals
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Strong network with futurist communities (WFSF, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping projects
