Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for organizational resilience
- Lead innovation workshops with stakeholders to co-create future-proof solutions
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and predictive analytics for decision-making
- Design and implement strategic initiatives to capture emerging market opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies mastery
