Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and communicate a clear, compelling long-term vision for the company, aligning all departments toward shared goals.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop detailed strategic roadmaps that outline key milestones, resource allocation, and performance metrics for the 2026 timeframe and beyond.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and day-to-day operations.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives to support the adoption of new strategic directions and technologies.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and dashboards to track the progress of strategic initiatives and adjust course as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategies and executing complex roadmaps.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market signals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in leading organizations through significant transformation or market shifts.
