- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation within the R&D department.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technologies or major product pivots.
- Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and future computing paradigms.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field is preferred.
