Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all technical support tickets in the CRM system.
- Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to non-technical users via phone and email.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
