Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking strategic frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Analyze emerging technologies, regulatory shifts, and global megatrends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a proprietary ecosystem of futurism tools and methodologies
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents
- Mentor junior futurists and establish industry thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or future-oriented planning
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, data modeling, and horizon scanning
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend analysis preferred
