- Author quarterly foresight reports with data-driven trend projections
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in foresight, innovation consulting, or strategic leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or technology disruption
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI forecasting
- Experience leading high-impact strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) preferred
