- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Establish strategic partnerships with AI labs, climate research institutes, and quantum computing centers
- Create predictive models for industry transformation using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Present visionary insights to executive teams and investor boards driving multi-billion dollar decisions
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists in horizon scanning methodologies
- Represent the company at global forums like Davos and World Economic Future Summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record publishing influential industry trend reports (portfolio required)
- Expertise in AI ethics, climate adaptation, or biotech governance
- Exceptional skills in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and quantitative forecasting
- Experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards and government agencies
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Delphi method, Horizon Scanning, and causal layered analysis
- Fluency in English with multilingual capabilities (Spanish/Mandarin preferred)
