Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global trends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise adaptation to future market conditions
- Partner with executive leadership to integrate futurist insights into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to build organizational foresight capabilities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and future-state roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Establish thought leadership through industry speaking engagements and published research
- Monitor emerging signals in AI, climate tech, and human augmentation to preempt market shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Analytics, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact analysis methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
