Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and answering questions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining floor and service stations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash and credit transactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (4-8 hours).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and tipping calculations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
