Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide an inviting atmosphere upon arrival.
- Present menus and answer detailed questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, tables, and service areas throughout the shift.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism to ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Micros, Toast, OpenTable).
