Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and manage the seating arrangement to ensure optimal flow.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serve dishes and drinks with precision, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, tables, and dining areas throughout the shift.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems (Micros, Aloha, etc.) is a plus.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain one.
