Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
- Provide detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
- Ensure dining areas are clean, set correctly, and maintained throughout the shift.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required for enthusiastic applicants.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
